Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking a Beauty Supervisor to lead a store's customer and brand experience, driving exceptional service and sales in the Beauty department.

The role collaborates with Beauty Manager or Store Manager to execute brand standards, maintain visual merchandising, and coach associates in delivering a premium customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience.
• Execute and maintain visual execution within the beauty business and product storytelling reflecting Brand guidance.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable).
• Perform category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness.
• Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution.

Job description

A Victoria's Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Beauty Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

The Beauty Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Beauty experience. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand's guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Beauty Supervisor is responsible for executing and maintaining:

• Visual execution within the beauty business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
