Victoria’s Secret & Co in Tucson seeks a Beauty Supervisor to lead customer experiences and brand standards in our store. You’ll coach teams, drive merchandising and product storytelling, and ensure top-line performance through exceptional service.

At Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values‑based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top‑line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Beauty Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned.
Minimum Salary: $17.25
Maximum Salary: $20.80
