The Beauty Stylist is a store-based role, providing crucial support to our Client Advisors in delivering special client experiences. You will be an inspiration to fellow store members, showcasing your beauty knowledge and skills – actively contributing to a culture of excellence.

Job responsibilities

• Act as the store’s expert stylist in beauty and fragrance.
• Apply advanced makeup artistry skills, ensuring each client discovers the power of beauty through your expertise.
• Dress our esteemed clients with tailored, complementary and full beauty looks that enrich the Louis Vuitton Silhouette.
• Foster strong brand connections with our clients through innovative, compelling storytelling.
• Deliver ultra-luxurious, memorable and custom beauty experiences to all clients, cultivating long-lasting relationships.
• Promote a learning culture and provide coaching to Client Advisors, elevating the store’s overall Beauty and Fragrance capabilities.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation and makeup hygiene within the beauty space.
• Be a true collaborator, showing versatility, inclusivity and team spirit.

Profile

• A beauty visionary with 3+ years of experience in luxury beauty or makeup retail.
• A master in makeup application, with advanced knowledge of products, colour, techniques and tools.
• A natural communicator, engaging clients with confidence and creativity.
• Passionate about fashion, art, and culture, with a keen eye for cutting-edge beauty trends.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, thriving in high-touch interactions.
• Passion to share beauty knowledge, techniques and skills. Thrives in team environments, helping to inspire and develop the store’s beauty community.
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills, with the aim of maintaining the beauty area to Louis Vuitton’s impeccable standards.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $32-$38plus a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
