Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Stylist to drive beauty sales across all brands by showcasing artistry and product knowledge. You’ll focus on one-on-one customer service, consultations, and relationship building to grow in-store and digital sales.

You will manage flexible hours, work in a fast-paced commission environment, and collaborate with brand partners to highlight key products while delivering personalized experiences to each customer.

Formación

• 1+ years of Beauty industry experience
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and follow-through
• A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools
• Seek industry trends and product knowledge to maintain expertise
• Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn customer preferences and needs
• Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases and inviting them to events
• Grow sales by focusing on appointment-based selling and Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Be an entrepreneur, create events in the store, and network in the community
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships within each Beauty brand
• Hours and schedule vary by week depending on business needs
