Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels.
• Seek industry trends and product knowledge to maintain expertise.
• Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and follow up on purchases.
• Grow sales through appointment-based selling and Nordstrom Rewards.
• Be an entrepreneur, create in-store events and network in the community.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships with Beauty brands to identify key focuses.
