Job summary

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by meeting performance targets, following procedures, and participating in training to improve sales and efficiency. A flexible schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) through performance, people, and process.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policy, procedures, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Provide exceptional guest service and protect company assets.
