Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver an exceptional guest experience across operational tasks in the store. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with reliable execution of store processes.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through performance, people, and process.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and provide guest service.
