Sally Beauty in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding shopping experiences. You will recruit and develop talent, coach associates, and ensure customers leave with a personalized, solutions-driven approach to hair and beauty.

You will drive store performance by managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and maintaining inventory and store appearance. The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to safety standards, and a passion for beauty

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!
