Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in customer service/retail with 1 year in sales management. Cosmetology licensure is a plus, and a strong passion for hair and beauty is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable service.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, budget, expenses, inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
