Palm Beach Tan in Beaverton, OR is seeking full-time Management Sales professionals who are driven, sales-focused and excited about beauty and wellness. You will lead a team of Beauty Consultants, meet sales goals, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay starts at $21 per hour plus commission with opportunities to earn more, plus monthly bonuses and benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
