Palm Beach Tan - Pacific Beach Tan, Inc. in Tigard, OR is seeking full-time Management Sales professionals to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced beauty and wellness environment. You will drive sales, train staff, and deliver outstanding client service.

You’ll benefit from a generous commission, a base pay of $21/hour plus performance bonuses, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth. Flexible scheduling and member discounts are included as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
• Ongoing team training
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
