Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours).
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability incl. nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on company policies and tanning rules.
• Keep salon clean and organized.
• Handle cash and daily opening/closing tasks.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
