Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience is required, beauty industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Passion for beauty and staying updated with trends and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve KPIs and maintain client-first service.
• Build strong client relationships with extensive product knowledge.
• Support inventory, promotions, and in-store events and workshops.
