Bluemercury, the luxury beauty destination, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to empower the team and elevate client experiences. You will drive sales, provide expert beauty advice, and model a best-in-class service standard across interactions with clients and colleagues.

You will lead by example, nurture relationships, and collaborate with the team to achieve personal and store KPIs while supporting inventory, events, and promotions.

Formación

• 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience required.
• Beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example with our client-first service model.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide product knowledge.
• Drive sales and optimize customer service through proactive engagement and promotions.
• Support inventory management and maintain an organized store environment.
• Occasionally lead in-store beauty workshops and share feedback with management.
