Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years in retail management or similar role.
• Ability to drive top-line sales and manage payroll budgets.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors and Lead Cashiers.
• Drive sales, guest service, and omnichannel initiatives.
• Analyze financial and operational reporting to improve store performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
• Provide coaching, training and development for associates.
