Sephora Palm Springs is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a high-performing team and elevate client experiences. You’ll coach, inspire, and model stellar service while driving sales goals in a fast-paced beauty environment.

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll own daily operations, mentor colleagues, manage inventory and onboarding, and uphold Sephora standards. A client-first mindset, strong leadership, and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Drive performance Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
