Sephora is seeking a Sales and Service Leader at our University Place Orem store to drive sales and customer experience. You will coach and lead a team, coach for growth, and partner with leadership to maintain store standards and brand initiatives.

This Full Time, hourly role emphasizes client engagement and in-store operations. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leadership in retail or service, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
