Sephora at WA-University Village in Seattle is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide the store team, champion client experiences, and exceed sales goals.

You will coach for growth, provide ongoing training on service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives, and manage daily store operations with focus on inventory and merchandising. This is a full-time, hourly role emphasizing a client-first culture and inclusivity.

Qualifications
