Nordstrom is seeking a beauty-focused team member to deliver personalized makeup and skincare experiences in our store. You will engage customers, perform makeup applications, and recommend products to meet beauty goals.

You will collaborate with teammates to create an inclusive, customer-first environment, drive sales through both in-store and digital channels, and participate in beauty events while maintaining an organized, welcoming department.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, including trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers, proactively handle customer concerns and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, using in-store and digital channels and selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends and products through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
