Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant for our beauty zone in our stores. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, help customers build a personalized beauty basket, and share the latest trends and products.

You will educate customers on product usage, promotions, and brand programs, while maintaining displays, promoting events, and ensuring a clean shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail beauty preferred.
• Ability to upsell and build personalized baskets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service in the beauty zone and build a personalized basket for each customer.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and describe usage/benefits; promote CVS Beauty Club and in-store events.
• Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials for key brands and campaigns.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked beauty zone and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
• Close sales through effective conversation and by leveraging current promotions.
