A leading tanning salon is seeking a motivated individual for a management position. Responsibilities include maintaining store staff, achieving sales goals, and ensuring store compliance. Must have flexible availability and be at least 18 years old. This role offers commission-based pay and opportunities for advancement, including bonuses and contests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment, 2 years management experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods for 7+ hours.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient employees.
• Meet sales goals by training and mentoring sales staff.
• Ensure operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
