Job summary

Sephora Elk Grove is seeking a Sales and Service Leader for full-time work at The Ridge Shopping Center. You will lead by example, coach and empower the team, elevate client experiences, and consistently exceed goals by combining product knowledge with a client-first approach in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
