Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking motivated team members for both part-time and full-time roles. The position features a generous commission program including a multiplier and a base pay, plus rewards and training to help you grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend and walk for extended periods (7+ hours/day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
