COSMOPROF is seeking a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, acting as the advisor on the customer’s journey.

You will learn product knowledge through training, wear multiple hats, and contribute to promotional events. Generous employee discount and growth opportunities are offered; scheduling is flexible to meet business needs.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent (requirement)
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management
• Read and explain product labels; follow directions from Manager

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
