Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience for every customer. You will guide clients through hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, serving as the advisor on their beauty journey.

Training is provided to build product knowledge and confidence. Key duties include building relationships, recommending complementary products, informing customers of promotions, setting up displays, enrolling shoppers in the loyalty program, and

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
