Job summary

Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, and guiding customers on their beauty journey. You will receive Sally Beauty training to build knowledge and confidence.

You will also help inform customers about current promotions, enroll them in the loyalty program, and maintain a welcoming store environment with flexible hours to fit everyone's needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
