Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails, and educate customers through Sally Beauty training.

You will build relationships, drive loyalty, and help customers find and purchase products. You’ll participate in promotions, set up displays, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding Sally Beauty culture values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Able to explain product labels and follow product knowledge training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
