Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience and advise customers on hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will build relationships, educate customers, and help guide their beauty journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to convey product knowledge from training to assist customers.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
