Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor who will create memorable shopping experiences by assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, and guiding them through their beauty journey. You will apply product knowledge training provided by Sally Beauty to elevate service and loyalty enrollment.

In this role you will build relationships, recommend complementary products, set up displays, process transactions, maintain a professional store

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to explain product labels from training.
• Can follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
