Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to help customers discover products and enjoy a memorable shopping experience. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, while building relationships and guiding customers on their beauty journeys.

This role offers flexible part-time schedules, on-site in our store, and training to learn our products.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort with standing for long periods.
• Exposure to fumes or odors occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
