Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Mesa, AZ to create memorable shopping experiences. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, sharing knowledge from in-store training and product labels.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and benefits based on hours. A High School diploma, 18+, and 1+ years of retail or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Read and explain product labels; follow training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
