Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails and receive comprehensive product training.

You will build relationships, recommend products, and help customers navigate promotions while maintaining store standards and participating in our Loyalty program. A range of schedules is available to fit varied needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to support customer service.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
