Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on their beauty journey.

Cosmoprof will provide training; you bring passion and personality to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role offers varied schedules to fit diverse needs, with opportunities to grow, discount perks, and product samples.

Qualifications

1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to execute product knowledge training to support customer service

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
