Job summary

Sephora is hiring at the Cypress, TX location for a Sales and Service Leader to drive top-tier client experiences and lead a motivated team. You will coach and empower staff to exceed sales goals while delivering expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

You’ll oversee daily operations, scheduling, onboarding, and training in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives, all within Sephora standards. This is a full-time hourly role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance and contribute to overall store success through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations, assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintain store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and empowerment.
