Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a CosmoProf Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail setting. This role focuses on delivering an EPIC customer experience, driving sales, and managing day-to-day operations to meet budget and inventory goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on meeting/exceeding sales goals, budget, expenses, inventory and growth.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.
