Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, delivering an EPIC customer experience in hair and beauty. Recruit and develop staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and meet budget goals.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail, 1 year in sales leadership, and a passion for beauty. You will model leadership, drive growth, and ensure compliance with safety rules while maintaining an attractive store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!
