Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors and Lead Cashiers to deliver sales and guest experience.
• Plan and execute in-store events to drive sales and guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Develop talent through training, feedback, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies to improve NPS, sales and customer satisfaction.
