Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and applying company programs and processes.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Develop and coach a diverse team, provide feedback, and support associate development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, scheduling, inventory control, and loss prevention.
