• Maintain guest experience standards and coaching to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, training, and store operations to meet APGs and company goals.
• Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and partner collaborations.
• Monitor financial and operational reports, adjust strategies, and ensure compliance with policies.
