Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and follow procedures while supporting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities include merchandise resets, inventory procedures, and ensuring product availability. A flexible schedule with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; full-time opportunities include benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced.
• Maintain overall store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
