Job summary

Ulta Beauty, a leading North American beauty retailer, is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience.

You will keep fixtures stocked, assist with merchandise resets, and follow procedures to ensure a clean, well-presented sales floor and accurate inventory. The role requires flexibility, basic tech skills, and reliable attendance; full-time benefits include PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
