Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence and ensure products are stocked, displays are maintained, and the guest experience is outstanding. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through focus on performance, people, and process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
