Ulta Beauty in Montgomery seeks a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, help maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise and Operations Managers with daily tasks.

This role requires attention to detail, flexibility with shifts, and teamwork. You’ll engage customers, follow store procedures, and contribute to meeting retail goals while upholding Ulta Beauty’s standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to problem solve

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and physical inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty’s technology.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
