Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Missoula is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, replenish inventory, and assist management with standards execution.

Responsibilities include completing shipments, merchandising resets, and providing exceptional guest service in a team environment. A flexible schedule is required to cover mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, and displays, and process shipments using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
