Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in our store in McAllen, TX. The role focuses on keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and following procedures to help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The position requires attention to detail, availability for a flexible schedule, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipping using Ulta Beauty’s systems.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work areas replenished, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
