Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS system and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable growth and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty's dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventories, and shipments using Ulta Beauty's technology and best practices.
