Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, payroll, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Forecast and schedule to maximize productivity within budget.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of staff.
• Ensure compliance with dress code and store policies.
• Maintain inventory life-cycle processes and loss prevention.
