Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store team, drive top‑line sales, and ensure operational excellence.

You will oversee Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, manage realignments, planograms, and cycle counts, and model Ulta Beauty’s values in daily leadership. You’ll attract and develop a diverse team, maintain compliance, deliver exceptional guest service, and partner with leadership to optimize scheduling, payroll, and install new programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management
• Experience driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
• Retail management: inventory, merchandising, service culture
• Leadership: attracting, developing, motivating top talent and guiding a team
