Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to uphold operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks to support sales growth and guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on performance, people, and process while adhering to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code. Responsibilities include replenishment, merchandising, inventory procedures, and providing outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology and POS systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked fixtures and merchandise to support sales goals.
• Keep store clean and ensure accurate inventory counts and procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, and displays per policy.
• Drive operational excellence by replenishing, signing, and facing aisles; ensure testers are available.
• Protect store assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering strong guest service.
• Execute other store operations tasks as directed.
