Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Utah is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and guest experiences. You will help keep merchandise stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and perform assigned tasks to meet performance metrics.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and teamwork to ensure smooth store execution. Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred) and 1 year of relevant work experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, and displays using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
